Program Manager - Human Capital Management
We bring four distinct offerings to Commercial; Federal; and State, Local, and Education clients.
- Management Consulting: We provide advisory services to design, manage, and execute lasting change, leveraging trusted relationships and industry expertise in strategy, organizational transformation, operations, operational excellence, innovation, risk and compliance, human capital, and workforce optimization.
- AI, Data & Analytics: Deploying advanced AI and ML solutions, business analytics to extract actionable insight, data engineering for data warehousing, real-time processing and integrated quality data and platform architecture focusing on cloud and hybrid solutions, security and solution selection and integration.
- IT Transformation: Delivering technology services, covering application lifecycle management, CRM implementation, systems integration, contact center solutions, product resale, and IT infrastructure management. Our approach ensures seamless operations and enhanced customer engagement, optimizing technology investments for diverse businesses.
- Mission Support: Specializing in System Engineering Technical Assistance and operations support services to streamline system integration and optimization while ensuring operational excellence for modern enterprises.
This is an onsite position in Falls Church, Virginia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee IT human capital management initiatives, ensuring the effective integration of manpower, workforce planning, and performance management programs.
- Provide guidance and leadership to teams supporting human capital management, ensuring all activities align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Army, Navy, and Air Force military personnel programs, regulations, and policies, including manpower management and human capital strategies.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving workforce efficiency, performance management, and talent acquisition.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 11 plus years of total professional experience.
- Knowledgeable of manpower, performance management, workforce planning and human capital management.
- Required comprehensive understanding of the Army, Navy and Air Force military personnel and manpower programs and regulations governing those programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint.
- Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with high attention to detail.
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
- US Citizenship is required.
